Entries that decorate/design a themed bra (SIZE 34B) should deliver their bra to Penny’s Closet. Penny's Closet will display entries from 10/1 to 10/24. The People's Choice Award voting begins as soon as your decorated bra is delivered to Penny's Closet. Votes are $1 per vote. Send in your family, friends, co-workers, church family, Facebook & Twitter friends to vote on your bra! The better you promote your bra, the better chance you have to win! Remember every dollar goes to find a cure for cancer. 100% of the money is donated to The Cancer Research Institute!
The Bras For A Cause Party is 10/25/12 at Uncorked, upstairs at Maple Street Grill, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 to attend, please write your check to The Cancer Research Institute. There will be hors d'oeuvres, wine, desert, music, silent and live auctions. Tickets are available to purchase at Penny's Closet. The bra design winners will be announced at the party!

Authorization, Release & Agreement
I have read, understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this entry application form. By submitting this form, I agree to provide “Bras for a Cause” with a themed, decorated bra and agree to the entry fee of $25. Penny’s Closet reserves the right to use my bra and photographs of my bra for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes. I hereby grant permission to Penny’s Closet to use my bra to be auctioned off with proceeds going to The Cancer Research Institute. I hereby grant permission to Penny’s Closet to use my name, likeness and/or voice, for all publicity purposes and in any media format. Media formats include but are not limited to: newspaper, magazines, television, radio or the Internet.
